Screen Manager

There is already an issue for this, but I thought it'd be good to bring it into a discussion.

I think we should get a multi-screen manager setup soon. It will be tougher to factor it into all the code later on. The trick is setting up a system that doesn't take up a lot of code, not just for ease of use, but so that we don't have half of all the code as a screen management system (which I saw in the screen management sample on the XNA CC site). It also needs to be very efficient so that having multiple screens in memory doesn't effect framerate.

I'm not volunteering for this one, just bringing it to light. If someone wants it that'd be great.

I'll see what I can mock up tomorrow, as it does sort of fall under graphics and you could conceivable merge the screen manager and post-processing.
