Content locations

Should we keep engine core specific content in the engine's content folder? For example, we'll always need the terrain.fx shader, if we put it in the example game, and someone wants to use our engine to create their own game, they'd have to manually copy the shaders over to their project.

Yes we should have a specific content folder. Though I'm not sure that we should have the shaders in there as they are prob among the first thing everyone else is going to modify.

I see it more for having the logo in there. Would be nice to show a splash screen at startup with our logo, and having a about screen with all our names and a link to this site :)

Sounds good to me! Most games say 'Havok' 'Unreal Engine 3' or whatever. We should too!
