Model World

if i create a world in Blender is there any way of using that model as the terrain or world. And i want to a have user limits eg. they cant go to far away from the world.

With the functionality provided by the framework right now, you could export it from Blender as an FBX or X model and import it into the framework as a StaticModel (using Static Model Processor in the content pipeline). You will also need to create your own material to apply to it. Just be aware that things are in a state of flux with the entire graphics system. User limits would just be implemented by restricting the X,Y,Z position of whatever you're using as your player model.
