NxPhysics.h missing from source repo?

Hey guys,
I just pulled the project from the source repository and tried to compile it. It appears the NxPhysics.h (QuickStart.Physics.PhysX) is missing. Did I miss a step when pulling the source?

NxPhysics.h is a part of the Ageia PhysX SDK. If you have a need (or desire) to compile the QuickStart.Physics.PhysX assembly from source, then you will need to download the SDK from the Ageia developer relations website (www.ageia.com). However, the source distribution includes a binary version of this assembly for those who do not need to compile this assembly or who do not have Visual C++ 2005 installed. Use the QuickStart_Windows.sln solution file instead of the QuickStart_Windows_All.sln solution file if you just want to use the pre-built physics binary.

Yeah I figured I needed ref to a 3rd party sdk or lib to compile QuickStart.Physics.PhysX and I am not too interested in compiling it ;) Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
