Bug Textures fuzzy

When we move closer to the camera very ready of one textures of the terrain, it pixelise enormously (textures become very fuzzy).

Yes you can use larger textures if you would like, or in the terrain.fx shader you can change the scaling of terrain texture. I believe the current scaling is around 0.05 or 0.07, you can lower that number to make the textures smaller, which will help with reducing blur but at a distance it can make things look more repetitive.
