Support multiple water planes in one scene
Support multiple water planes in one scene, and in a single view.
This will likely mean that we have to prioritize reflection and refraction such that they only occur on the nearest plane of water, or that they're highly simplified on the furthest planes from the camera. Having multiple planes reflecting and refracting would
mean rendering the scene too many times, causing performance issues on even faster machines.
