Entities sink into terrain


When running the sample game you will notice that the boxes will sink into the terrain, see attached image.

This is due to the terrain smoothing. We are creating the physics for the terrain from the raw terrain data, not the smoothed data. We should wait to create the physics until after smoothing finishes.

Scratch that last comment, the correct data is being used to create physics. My next best guess is this is an issue in JigLibX with HeightField shapes.

This appears to be a bug in JigLibX in collisions between primitive shapes and height field shapes. JigLibX is no longer supported, so a fix for this could be a long way off.
