Physic entity group IDs

description

Every physics entity should have an enumerated physics ID. This would have a default value. This will allow developers to specify which things to collide with, and which things not to. For example, in WoW (world of warcraft) players can collide with terrain and buildings, but not other players.

This can be done using CollisionSkinPredicates with JigLibX. I will have a system in place for this for v0.27
